Registration Categories
- CIRP MEMBERS: Honorary Fellows, Fellows, Fellows Emeriti, Corporate Members, Associate Members and Research Affiliates.
- INVITED GUESTS: Participants who are not included in the CIRP Categories above can attend the conference only if invited by a CIRP Member (attending or not). Each CIRP Member can only invite one guest.
- ACCOMPANYING PERSONS: Person attending the Accompanying Persons programme.
- YOUTH PROGRAMME PARTICIPANTS: Young people aged 1-18 attending their dedicated Baby/Junior/Teen programmes.
IMPORTANT FOR INVITED GUESTS:
Invited guests must have been formally invited by a CIRP member.
The CIRP member responsible for the invitation must send a request for a guest via the dedicated form to the CIRP Office in Paris.
Please wait to receive the confirmation of the CIRP Office that your invitation is approved before proceeding with registration and then select the GUESTS Registration fee (same fees as for CIRP Participant)
Please note: Research Affiliates are not entitled to initiate an invitation
Registration procedure
Delegates (CIRP members or Invited Guests) and Accompanying Persons must register separately. Each is required to file a personal profile first and then register to the General Assembly.
Youth programme participants can be registered via any personal profile of the associated delegate or accompanying person(s). More Youth programme participants registrations can be filed through the same personal profile.
Invoices and payments are profile‑wise for the person(s) registered through that profile.
NOTE: If you registered in the past with CCI srl, e.g., for CIRP LCE 2024, you have already a profile, which is still valid. If you do not remember your credentials, please contact the Conference secretariat at info@cirp2026.org.

Youth Programme Registration
We regret to inform that the Youth Programme did not reach the minimum number of participants and has been cancelled.

YOUTH PROGRAMMES CANCELLATION POLICY:
Each programme is subject to a minimum (5) and maximum (15) number of participants.
If the minimum is not met for a programme at the registration deadline (15 May), that programme is cancelled. See below for the cancellation policy.

Methods of payment:

Bank transfers are accepted until the end of July only. Registrations made in August are payable by credit card only.
Please indicate the following payment reference: “participant name + CIRP 2026.
On-site payments will be accepted by credit card only.
Payments by bank transfer
Please note: Transferred net amounts must match the due fees, clear of any bank charge—including those of the sending and intermediary banks. Transfer option “OUR – all bank charges paid by the sender”.
In case of mismatch, the registration is held until the balance is received with additional bank transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation notifications must be submitted in writing to the Organizing Secretariat.
The cancellation will be accepted until May 31, 2026, and the fee refunded with the 20% penalty. No refund for bank charges.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after May 31, 2026.
Visa refusals are not eligible for refund.

Refunds will be processed within three (3) months after the end of the event.
Youth Programme participants whose registration was refused (due to cancellation of their programme or if the maximum capacity is reached) are fully refunded. The associated delegate and/or accompanying person(s) may withdraw their registration(s) with no penalty (full refund) on request.
PHOTO AND VIDEO NOTICE
During the CIRP conference, photographs and video recordings may be taken throughout the event, including scientific sessions, catering, social events and Accompanying programme.
These recordings may include images of participants and constitute personal data within the meaning of applicable data protection regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
By registering for the conference, participants acknowledge and accept that images and recordings in which they appear may be collected and used for CIRP’s institutional communication and documentation purposes.
Such materials will be shared exclusively within CIRP communication channels and will not be publicly disseminated beyond CIRP institutional use.
VAT on fee
Please note: According to Italian and EU* legislations all delegates are required to pay Italian VAT on the registration fee (22%), social events (22%).
* Accordingly, all registration fees include 22% VAT
Visa Requirements and Invitation Letter
A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is only available for delegates who have confirmed and paid their registration in full. If you need it please send your request to info@cirp2026.org
The letter is intended to help delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa but does not imply the CIRP2026 General Assembly will provide financial support.
Please visit the website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs https://vistoperitalia.esteri.it/home/en for further information concerning the documents required to obtain a visa. We urge all delegates to keep in mind that a visa application may take some time to be processed and should, therefore, be initiated early enough to ensure it is accepted before the Congress begins.
We invite you to check with your local Italian Embassy regarding what sort of documents are necessary, as this may differ in different offices in the same country.
User agreement
In the following agreement, “participant” means “Delegate or Accompanying Person”. It also includes Juniors, whose agreements are accepted by their adult contact person.
The participant agrees that the data, photos, audio and video collected before and during CIRP 2026 can be used by CIRP and the host of CIRP 2026 for the purpose of CIRP 2026 promotion (excepted minors, who will not be photographed during their youth programmes)
The participant agrees that the registration data will be recorded electronically and will be used in the future for sending information via email by CIRP, the host of CIRP 2026 and the next organiser of CIRP General Assembly.
The participant agrees that name / company / country will be printed in the official delegate list of CIRP 2026.
No data will be transferred further to a third party.
Our privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the event, logistics, login, payments, etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency/hotel/venue and industry) for the same purpose.
Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We cannot register your information without your approval.
By confirming our cancellation policy and then clicking the “I accept the terms of condition” button in our forms, you agree that we store your information for the above purposes.
